A little paradise in the middle of the wild nature.

Hosting in the wild nature, directly from your wood lodge. Between both nature park of Gantrisch and Guggisberg, at the foot of the ski station and famous tourist place of Schwarzsee ('Black Lake' in english), three wonderful regions of Switzerland. Don't miss the mountain Kaiseregg, a summit at 2185 meters above sea level.

Summer and Winter

During the winter, you can practice downhill skiing in Schwarzsee or crosscountry skiing in Riffenmatt. It's only 15 minutes far by car! But you also can rent a sledge or iceskating on the frozen lake.

On Summer, you can swimm in the river, it's only 3 minutes walk from your lodge, but if you prefer to bike or trek, there is a lot of track around.

Landscapes and animals

The lodge is located at the side of the forest, between two rivers (Tütschbach and Sense), at the foot of the mountains. You will stay in the middle of the wild, and will feel peace and happiness. The night sky is just amazing, you can see much more stars because the light pollution is almost inexistent.

Nice feeling and relaxation 

The lodge is made of wood and has a fireplace to keep you warm. You can enjoy a bath time with a jacuzzi. In Summer, you can stay outside sharing drinks and conversation in the sun, or under the roof to listen to the rain.

The place is really quite and you have no other choice than relaxe. :-)

Ideal location to visit Switzerland 

The village of Plaffeien is located between the canton of Bern and Fribourg. You will access a lot of touristic places from this position: Bern, Interlaken, Fribourg. But you can stay close and discover the wonderful region and both nature park of Gantrisch and Guggisberg, as well as the lake of Schwarzsee and the Kaiseregg mountain.

«Me gustó todo! El bungalow es auténtico! La esencia que tiene te hace que rápidamente te sientas como en casa. Tiene de todo y todo tipo de detalles curiosos, desde un tronco tallado, colección de minerales luces solares para la noche, etc.. La cocina muy equipada y las camas muy comodas. Los inquilinos se portaron muy bien con nosotros, fueron amables y muy simpáticos. Es un lugar en medio de la naturaleza en el que hace sentir la esencia de la suiza profunda. El entorno es campos y montañas preciosas con un rio muy bonito al pie del camping. »

«The bungalow was super cozy and cute. The hot tub was amazing after a day of hiking. It’s located in a beautiful rural area just a couple minutes walk from the hiking trail that goes to Schwarzsee. Host was very helpful and responsive. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking to disappear into nature for a bit. I only wish I could have stayed longer.»

About us

Nous sommes Natalia et Raphaël, un couple marié vivant dans une petite cabane située dans un camping. Nous sommes photographes indépendants et aimons nous promener à pied ou à vélo. Raphaël a déjà fait de longs voyages à vélo, alors que Natalia se promène presque quotidiennement dans la nature afin d'observer les animaux sauvages.

C'est en 2018 que nous avons découvert ce mode de vie simple, fait de balades et de discussions au coin du feu. Nous avons acquis en 2017 une seconde cabane afin d'en faire profiter nos proches lorsqu'ils le souhaitent. Cette cabane est aujourd'hui à votre disposition pour que vous aussi vous puissiez vous rapprocher de la nature et prendre le temps de réfléchir, échanger et observer.
